I think what it is, is that many people's sole experience of Florida is I-95, and south FL, at the end of it.
I live in rural NW Florida, and there are a LOT of hills here, some pretty steep, and miles and miles of single track and dirt road riding
in the national and state forests, and some very extensive watershed management lands.
So, yeah, I think a book on off road riding in Florida is a great idea.
