Do you have a good bike shop in your town? I'd go and try on gloves. Getting gloves (or just about anything else) to work well around an injury take trial with those gloves. We can recommend all we want but we have no clue what will work best for you.
Edit: Bring your bike. Your hands on the handlebars wearing the gloves you are looking at is what matters.
