That's very similar to the bars I'm trying to replace (because they're making my hands hurt). I generally use moustache bars on most of my bikes, but this one (Douze cargo bike) has got a NuVinci hub, so it needs a longer grip area for the grip shifter. Albatross or porteur would seem to be the right thing.
