BB386 denotes a pressfit bottom bracket so they won’t fit your tandem. If you have octolink bb’s then as they will have a bsa thread you will need to replace them with another crankset which uses a bsa type bb.
If you’re replacing your crankset then have a think about changing to a double chainring setup so the shifting will be better and you could use right hand drive which means you could use standard road cranks
