Been a rough few years. Left knee replaced 8 years ago, broken back 7 years ago. Heel spur removed on my right heel, it was destroying my achilles tendon, that too repaired just over 2 years ago. Then barely out of the boot, severely sprained my left ankle... Just as strong as my body lets me. Been a rough few years... I'm lucky to be walking, let alone wanting to do anything else.
