I took the Redhead out 2 weeks ago, and a couple times since, also been out on my 29er. Including a ride with grandkids last weekend. Oldest grandson needed a bigger bike, so I got one to take him next visit...
Last month I was happy when my cardiologist didn't need to see for a year. She did have me get a Coronary Calcium scan which I got last week. The results were a pleasant surprise. No statin meds required, as I got a perfect ZERO score. Coupled with my echocardiogram test before surgery, showing my Ejection Fraction at 68%, I'm in pretty good heart health!
