Personally I would go 105 on that bike because shaving a couple of hundred grams won't make that much of a difference
I think the reason the 5800 and 6800 groupsets are so similarly priced is there is so little difference. For me it was a no brainer to go with the 5800. Not only have people repetitively said they can't tell the difference between 5800 vs 6800, but as this website shows the weight saving is also minor, not even 200grams. 2015 Road Groupset Weights - The Bike Lane

Now lets wait for the weight weenies to point out that 50cents per gram is good value :-)
