I'm 5'7" (on a low gravity day) with a 30.75" inseam. Your inseam indicated that compared to myself, a major part of your heigth is in the upper body. With this in mind, I'd suggest, while not ignoring stack, to have a good look at the length of the top tube. You could do a partial check on this by installing a longer stem and see how that effects the crowded feeling. You might end up with a clearer idea of needed dimensions.
