Good to know. My 2013 TCR SL1 fit Schwalbe One tubed 28c, measured 31+wide, and yes, tall on a 17c internal rim (Campy Zondas C17s) and I pumped 90psi thru them . That was thru ultegra 6700 rim brakes too.
