Back to pre-crash power now, probably more.

Did little over 22mi at over 21mph with 60 ft per mile average elevation. Nothing stunning, but I felt really strong. Probably fast because I had headwinds for hillier part of ride and tail for flatter parts.

1x7 effort at 110% and a couple 6mim at 100%. Just cruising the route and making things happen.

My 7min effort had some time at 120% in it so perhaps could have held it for 20min if we had such hills here. Plus, this is the lowest reading meter or trainer device I own. Wooooot.

My HR too said there was more in the tank overall for the ride.

I love rides like that. Lay the hammer and feel good doing it and just flying solo.
