It looks like the other Schwinn galoshes saddles I've seen: embossed rubber cover stretched over a plastic base riveted to a recycled car fender steel frame. Or multiple longitudinal springs hooked to that steel frame. Long lasting and good for 1 mile rides, with a lunch break half way.
