I just looked up 2010:

5' = 5.3 w/kg
8' = 4.9 w/kg
10' = 4.9 w/kg
20' = 4.2 w/kg
60' = 4.0 w/kg

I don't think the Carmichael thing works for me, but the 20'*.95 does.
