These pronounced curved Campagnolo skewer levers came from a Chicago bike swap meet. I suppose one could've modified them but if so, certainly are nicely done. My poor photo skills probably don't capture the full perspective but both have exact curvature and no mar.
This has me wondering if the curve could be straightened out to make it look pre CPSP I have 1 set of straight ones from the early 70's but the chrome is roached. I have many sets of curved ones in good condition but I would hate to ruin a set for an experiment.
