the combo of BWR in mid May and 3 weeks later was 12hr of temecula MTB race (solo of course). yah i took a lil break after that. Both days were near 110*

If you HAVE to walk anything, its because your in traffic and everyone is walking or you have leg cramps like no other. I've done it 2 yrs on my Felt roadie w 53/39 front and 28t rear. And 2 yrs on my CX bike with 50/36 and same rear 28t. This yr I plan to run 44/34 and 28t rear, less cross chaining.
