Deload squats (135x10/165x8/205x5/135x10), some other easy leg work, and 5x5:45 w 2' rbi. Was only able to hit ~106% but it's something at least.
Gonna try and get 350-400 TSS this weekend (try and break 1400 on Saturday, then attempt to get 80 minutes of zone 4 on Sunday), then bike rest week, then hopefully maybe come back with a less embarrassing FTP.
