Oddly enough, we were immediately in USA territorial waters after leaving the terminal. My cell phone had coverage again, but only for a brief hour.

Enjoying the views on the Sun Deck. As
eschlwc stated earlier, it's very windy and cold from the weather across the strait. The other side of the ship was being hit with strong winds, while we all stayed on the port side in the sun and calmness.
