so the past 3 weeks I was on and off the bike due to an injury but I was riding once a week and now I’m back to my normal routine. Before that, my fitness was good and I was doing well in cat 3/4 races. I have a big race weekend in a week and a half. Will I still have the fitness from before I was off the bike? Or have I lost a lot of fitness?
I am 17 y/o if that makes any difference
