My ChroMo 400 had no braze-ons whatsoever. Everything was bolt-on except rear brake cable guides.
No idea.
The 400 I have has rear brake cable guides, front and rear cable guides above the BB shell, RD guide on the chainstay, and bottle braze-ons on the downtube. The shifters are band mounted. Tubing is Tange Champion #2.
