She's taken to listening to a history of genetic engineering and the biotech industry to help her fall asleep. So, apparently my whole career, my whole industry, that has been feeding, clothing and sheltering her for the last 3 decades puts her to sleep.
I like cycling, but during an even rougher period in my head (before AG) I'd listen to Phil and Paul (RIP) to help get to sleep.
