1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?

Specialized Sequoia

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?

BP, Cholesteral, blood sugar, various supplementals

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?

Don't know how to answer this for sure, but I don't think so. At least not much.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?

I bought this bike 09/02/04. It's the first bike I've owned in over 50 years.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?

Mostly back and forth to Limey's Pub for lunch (5.75 miles RT). Other times on trails. I missed a week for rain, a week for travel, and a week for bronchitis, so I've only got 100 miles done.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?

4-5 times per week usually. I see I'll have to step up the milage considerably next year. I'm still trying to figure out where the bike trails are and where they go.

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?

Does watching TV or listening to Rush count?

Perhaps you might indicate your age on your reply??

65 at the end of November.
