If you have a 4.8 you need a recheck tout de suite. Call your GP and ask what he thinks, then tell him exactly what the urologist said. 4.8 is too high to assume the elevation is due to riding a bike. The test is picking up a signal from something.

You don't mean 0.2 - 0.48?
