My goal 3W/kg for an hour. I am sooooooo far away from that number. I started cycling in march but I "thought" I was physical fit. I have been exercising 5 to 7 days a week for the last five years.

I have the assimo pedals and love them. I probably should have got some kind of power crank so I could use speed play pedals. Lot's of people tell me that's much easier on my knees.
