My wife runs a gym so during the lockdown we had free reign.
That said... I'm on the trainer/zwift the majority of my riding these days anyways, so nothing really changed for me, other than I had more time to ride. Actually really fit, hitting pr's... and nothing to do with it. (except get crushed in zwift crits)
