"Vintage small Schwinn Super Le Tour 12.2 Road Frame. 48cm center to top & 54cm center to center top tube. Needs some cleaning but should shine up well. Some of the decals have worn but no dings or dents in frame. Fork may need some adjustment. Please see pics for details.

I think the fork has some serious problems, looks like a pretty severe bend on both sides. I don't know if that is repairable.
