Thank-you. This would appear to be a 1984 model year, as the 1983 literature shows and specs this model in solid burgundy (i.e. no silver head tube). This can be confirmed from the tubing decal as the 1983 version was Tange
#5 plain gauge CrMo , while the 1984 version was an unspecified Tange double butted CrMo. Both used hi-tensile stays and fork. Component specs for both years were similar : SunTour AR derailleurs Sugino crankset (RT in 1983, GT in 1984), Dia-Compe 500 series brakes (N version in 1983, Q version in 1984), Sanshin hubs (QR front, nutted rear) laced to 27" Araya 16A rims.
