I used to play a lot of pinball. One of the biggest disappoints in my life came one night while playing the Terminator 2 Judgment Day machine. After the first ball (plus a couple of extra balls), my score was close to 999,999,999, which is as high as the score field goes. Basically, the only way I would not "turn over" the game were if the next two balls went down the middle with almost no scoring. That is exactly what happened. I still wonder what the machine does when 999,999,999 is surpassed. Sometimes I think about buying one and trying to find out.
