Save a bunch of time and money, unless you enjoy treasure hunting and know what you are looking at, mechanically speaking. Many CL bikes are stolen or so badly in need of repair you will spend more very soon. Just go to the nearest WalMart. Pick out a pretty one. Take it to your LBS for a "new bike tune". Ride into the sunset with all of the time, energy, and money you saved.
