I have a Haibike Urban Plus that I was trying to make more "aggressive" with a longer stem and lower stance. My knees don't hit them while sitting but if I am out of the saddle for whatever reason, I have to be a little careful.
I looked into doing a drop bar conversion but given that I had hydraulic brakes with sensors hardwired into my computer and tail lights, it would be very complicated and expensive since I had 10 speed dyna-sys too. I only get into the drops when I know/pray I won't be needing to brake.
