I'm running that same cassette. While the 511% range is great, the 5-4 downshift is spaced a bit too far for my liking. A 21% change in ratio makes it hard to find a sweet spot for speed and cadence. Not terrible, but not ideal either.
I run it with a 36t chainring, and as recommended by my LBS a 12 spd eagle chain. I had a 40t but found the climbing ratio wasn't low enough for my local trails.
