There is really no way around it. I've tried every combination of bag and packed them every possible way but simply can't carry what I want for a week long trip without a frame bag.
Frame mounted bottles will have to make way and and cages will mounted on the fork. The frame bag has a battery cable/hydration hose port and a 1 liter platypus hydration bladder might inside the bag.
