Those are awesome numbers and I look forward to seeing what he can do in the classics and other world tour races over the coming years. Keep in mind that the classics also require a ton of skill in positioning and being in the right place at the right time of the race. And some (especially PR) favor pure watts more than W/kg. Clearly he has the stuff to do well if, like you say, his body doesn't crack.
