Offseason! Started a lifting plan today. Definitely still have some fatigue in my legs from LoToJa. I guess that's to be expected. My squat numbers were much lower than I was expecting.
Tentative plan is about 8 weeks of full body lifting and the occasional HIIT type ride mixed in with the fun things I enjoy (running, mtbing, no intervals..). Then we'll transition out of it to something else. Going to try to put on some upper body muscle to look like a normal human being before the holidays.
