I've been riding every day per usual, but am fully expecting that to dwindle into a very occasional half hour on the trainer during the first 6 months (or 6 years, tbd). Will report back once she's made the US women's olympic team for road racing.

Oh, and in bike related news... I finally got myself some higher end shoes (Giro Factor Techlace), and boy howdy do they feel amazing. I've been using various lower-end Giro shoes for years, but having a super light, stiff, and molded shoe definitely feels good, even if there's probably 0 measurable performance difference.
