Since I've lost 30# and cut out as much sugar as I care to like potatoes, processed foods, etc., I'm running between 95 and 100 on my once a week stick that I do every Monday. My next A1C isn't until October but I anticipate a pretty decent one as my A1C is usually better than my fasting tests. My last fasting test at the doc's in April was 128 so I've come down a lot. My A1C was 6.4 at the same time.

For the record, everybody in my immediate family has/had Type 2 diabetes. I'm the only one who has managed to avoid medications and probably due to my cycling.

BTW, my test strips just expired. What happens when they go bad? Time for new ones, I guess.
