Nice bike or beater bike, not gonna happen going out if raining and HATE when I'm out and get caught. There is an exception though, if I paid $$$ for a ride then I'll take Old Blue, 1983 Paramount.

More important than safety is keeping the bike as clean as possible during the ride. Makes clean-up after much-MUCH easier.
