Panaracer Gravel Kings hard to install?

I was considering these tires for my Diverge e5 comp and then read that the tires are really hard to mount on the wheels. One guy posted that it took him so long to get them on the wheels that he decided not to use them, since he worried about having to change a tire on the road somewhere. Have you had this problem? Another tire I've heard is very good is the Schwalbe g-one, also in 35.
