Next time I come home *****ing about not feeling good and having a stomach ache, tell me STFU and HTFU and get on the bike. Came home from work feeling like crap as I often do for some reason, spent an hour on the trainer, I feel great. I'm slow as molasses in January, but that's ok. I've got 15 years to get fast.
I watched Top Gear and did (or tried to do) commercial intervals. BBC America has the longest commercials ever, I'm pretty sure. Bastards.
