Are you wanting the Canada? At 6'4"/223 you will have significantly less girth than myself at 6'0/250, so the Canada might still be a little baggy for you. In fact, the
original poster said they fit him at 6'3"/250, but "Now at 210, 16 neck and 36 waist they're just too big".
