Ishiwata CrMo 025 Frame Road Bike

How do I best describe vintage Detel Marathon bike built on an Ishiwata CrMo 025 frame?
I've found several descriptions of this short-lived venture whose plant manager was Olympian Brent Emery, but each one repeats the story that they used 022 and 024 tubing, never mentioning bikes built of 025. I gather that the company imported frames and forks (the decal does claim "Built From 025 Ishiwata CrMo Double Butted Tubes Forks & Stays."
Should it be called 'robust?' Calling it 'unique' does not seem appropriate unless I can establish that this is the only bike they built on an 025 frame.

The decal is sun faded, but it was clearly one of their classic gold, black, and white ones.

thanks
