Rocked my interval workout on the TT bike yesterday: 1 x 9 @114%, then 2 x 9 @102%. Felt pretty good.
Today I did a solo 30 miles/3000 ft on the road bike, with some over/under intervals (5 min 108%, 5 min 90%, repeat for 30 min) and 20 min of “ride hard”. I was planning on 20 min @ 100% but didn’t quite make that. Pleasant morning on the bike, didn’t get up too early, home by 10am with th rest of the day ahead of me.
Cool and cloudy at home in the valley today, but I climbed up and out of the clouds. It’s was warmer at the top of the mountain than at the bottom.
Three days now of feeling great on the bikes. Nice.
