Have you clicked on that "don't sell my personal information" link? In order to request that they stop selling your information you have to give
even more personally identifiable information. And there is nothing that says that they will remove your personal information. It is just a request. So they could take the additional personal information that you give to them in the request and keep harvesting your data.
