They look kinda similar to one we have on a vintage Bridgestone that were OE, but those don't swoop down or up. Comfortable?
Ah... those are Soma Oxford bars. Basically a Nitto Albatross copy. Mounted "upside down". I like them a lot and have them right side up on some other bikes. Very upright riding position.
Sadly, that AWOL bike broke.
Happily I'm riding an All City Gorilla Monsoon which I love.
