Seat tube sticker looks like 1985. Top tube sticker looks like One Ten. Color of bike with black head tube is correct for the One Ten. Tubing stickers are not defined enough to make out, but general shape and color look correct for Miyata. Split top tube cable guides are correct for that vintage Miyata and match the ones I have on my 1000.
The silver paint should be a metal flake.
