After reading these posts I lose my faith in humanity. I'm sure the video would probably be your only saving grace in the event that something really tragic did happen but I hate to admit that the court might not go in favour of the cyclist. Here's a good example and Toronto is gaining notoriety as a pro cycling city but then this happens. Sickening.
