On my road rides since the weekend I've been getting friendly honks from a few passing cars. Probably other cyclists not up to riding in 3C weather. Nice thing about riding in winter is its very easy to take advantage of a "warm" day, being acclimatized to cool weather and having the gear.
All in all a pretty mild winter, I've rarely had to use my heavy wind proof tights. Though the heavy use of my, "good to -4C" tights is starting to wear them out.
