If so I did those plans about 3 times as a total novice rider. It worked, with a caveat. If you aren’t already pretty strong as a runner or other carryover sport, your mid range and repeatability will suck.

Thos go around I dedicated to base before a gravel event and some SS work after that. That helped me a lot.

The time crunched stuff is fine but there are drawbacks.

At some point you’ll have to invest in some base and SS work.
