Got in my first full 20 mile ride today. As a newbie, I feel pretty good about that 😁. 5-ish weeks ago when I started cycling, I didn’t think I’d be doing this with as much ease as I did. Cycling really is not only fun , but also improving my health. My husband and I rode on the American River bike trail not far from our house. Really beautiful day for a ride, too.
