Well, I'm gonna be out of commission for another couple weeks at least.
Back went again this morning, just sitting in a chair trying to work. Sat back to stretch and it all went bad.
Can't walk, even with help, can't sit, can't stand. Even laying down is very painful. Some muscle relaxers being ordered soon hopefully, because I can't relax enough to stop the pain.
Edit: and some sort of steroid for inflammation. Good thing I'm not competing nor will be for a long time.
