Plain x ray wont show much - need MRI for soft tissues.
Cyclobenziprine (flexeril) too I imagine.
Send me extra benzos (valium).

Yeah, they thought based on the xray and the manual exam that the mri was unnecessary. Which is fine because I'm already concerned about the ridiculous amount of money I already probably spent.
Flexeril was what my original doctor gave me, but it didn't seem to help. I'm on just the Valium now (plus steroids, ibuprofen and Tylenol), which is helping some, but still a ton of pain, just not impossible to walk. Able to sleep though at least.
Even with the Valium and everything else, I think this is the worst my back has ever felt.
