There's also an outfit that regularly has bike surfboard trailers for sale on ebay that comprises a pair of wheels in a rubber sock like apparatus that the board slides in. A bar on the front end connects the seatpost and surfboard. Probably to small for the kayak to fit into, but the concept could be scaled up for a kayak and wheels either locked with the bike or taken to sea.
